Corporate Services manage, and are responsible for, VisitScotland's facilities and procurement, information technology and finance systems and services. Facilities and procurement are also responsible for the organisation's property portfolio.
The Corporate Services directorate consists of three departments:
- Facilities and Procurement
- Information Technology
- Finance
Director of Corporate Services - Ken Neilson

Born and raised in Kilmarnock, Ken is a chartered accountant with extensive experience as both a finance and general management director. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS). After graduating from Glasgow University, Ken joined KPMG where he completed his chartered accountancy training. Since then he has worked in a number of roles in organisations which were undergoing significant change through integration or either internal or external growth, including British Aerospace, Life Technologies & Serologicals Ltd. |
