There are various steps you can take to allow you to monitor your performance in relation to your competitors.

  • Organise visits to your competitors and measure them against your service standards

You can either conduct these visits personally or ask a member of your staff to conduct them.  Award winning locations should be chosen to allow you to set achievement targets.

  • Take part in a group initiative in your area
